Loch Ard Bed & Breakfast

The Guest Rooms:
The guest rooms have Queen sized beds, with one also having a day bed. All beds have electric blankets and both rooms have a leather lounge, TV, DVD, clock radio, and split system heating and cooling.

The Ensuites:
The ensuites are very spacious with heater and fan, hair dryer, double all glass showers, and are very elegantly decorated. Even the ensuites have a peaceful view.

Meals:
A four-course breakfast is served by your host down stairs in the formal dining room with ocean views, or in the eating nook with the winter sun and views of the farm to the north and ocean to the south. This meal is included in the price of your accomodation.
Evening meals, picnic lunch, and BBQ are optional extras by arrangement.
We are not licensed to serve alcohol.

The Kitchenette:
The kitchenette has a bar fridge, hot water jug and microwave. Tea, coffee, Milo, fruit and cookies made by Win from her favourite recipes are yours for no extra cost.

The Lounge:
Relax in the guest lounge by the wood fire with your coffee and cookies and enjoy awesome ocean views or take your coffee onto the balcony or sit and chat with us over a cupper. Pure luxury!
